Galatians 3:26
For you are all children of God, through faith in Christ Jesus.
You do not join the family of God; you are born into God’s family. For all who receive the salvation God offers to us, God’s very own Spirit comes to reside in you. What gives us the right to what God has promised us is our birthright as His children. As sons and daughters of God, we are heirs of God and joint heirs with Jesus Christ.
We now have an inheritance as a part of God’s family through our faith in what Christ has done for us to become reunited with our Heavenly Father. Everything God has promised us in this New Covenant belongs to us because we are His children. In 2 Corinthians 1:20 we are told that all the promises of God are yes and amen. God shows no favorites in His family. Every promise we have been given in Christ is available to all who are born again.
Most believe God is able to help them, but question if He is willing to do so. Well, you don’t have to wonder if He will do what He has promised for He has already given us His Word on it and said yes. We must give our amen. The amen is a statement of faith that means “so be it for me.” So as His son or daughter give your amen of faith to what He has promised you, and you can walk in your inheritance as one of His children.
