Speak To Your Mountain

Mark 11:23
“Truly I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is going to happen, it will be granted him.”

In Christ Jesus you have the ability to move mountains. Jesus did not say to ask God to move the mountain, you command it to move. A mountain represents any obstacle that stands between you and that which God has promised is yours in Christ, or that which tries to stop you from carrying out His will for your life. Jesus gave an example before He spoke this to His disciples.

He had spoken to a fig tree that was producing no fruit and He declared that no one would eat fruit from that tree again. At that moment it didn’t look like anything had changed. But the next day when they passed by that tree, Peter noticed that it was now dead. It had died from the roots up. When you speak to any mountain in faith using the authority we have been given through the name of Jesus, you know the work has begun from the roots up.

We have been given authority, God’s delegated power through the name of Jesus to use in this earth, and we must use that authority against whatever may stand in our way that is trying to keep us from seeing God’s will being done. When that delegated power is released in faith, know that it is working, for just like the fig tree it died from the roots up. Learn to use the name of Jesus and command that mountain to move.
