Don’t Grow Weary

Galatians 6:9
So let us not grow weary of doing what is good; for if we don’t give up, we will in due time reap the harvest.

We have a promise from God if we don’t give up in doing what is good, staying planted in God’s house where He placed us, living by faith, walking close to our God, etc; we “WILL REAP” the benefit of what God has for us. If we allow things to lead us away from what is good in the sight of God we will miss out. There are three key things that will help us to not grow weary.

2 Thessalonians 2:2 Not to allow your minds to be quickly unsettled or disturbed or kept excited or alarmed, …
Don’t allow things to so easily shake you, being overtaken by your flesh. Stop allowing your emotions to govern you. Choose to be governed by your spirit man instead.

Philippians 2:14 – Do everything without complaining or arguing.
A second area to address is our attitude. When you have a bad attitude, you tend to complain or argue. As your attitude goes, so goes your life.

Isaiah 1:19 – If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the best from the land.
The third area to address is your willingness. If you willingly go to God’s house, do your job, serve your God, etc, you will eat the best God has for you. When we approach life with a willing mindset, it makes a huge difference in our lives. Address these three areas in your life and it will help you to not grow weary in doing good.
